Board members will be entered as panelists.  The public will be able to view the panelist's screens and hear all audio.  Board recognitions/presentations (if applicable) will still continue.  We will promote the specific attendee to a panelist mode to be able to see and hear them.  Upon completion of the recognition, we will then remove them back to the attendee mode.  During the public comment period, the public can request to speak through the Q&A portal in zoom.  We will promote them to panelists in order for them to speak to the board for thier five minutes and then remove them back to the attendee mode.  

PUBLIC COMMENT GUIDELINES: Speakers are limited to 5 minutes; Speaker will address the Board of Education as a whole; The Board of Education will not hear public comment that involves a complaint against an individual staff member, a personnel action, a student disciplinary matter, a complaint about an individual student, or pending litigation. Please be respectful and courteous; disruptive and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
