Final Cost: TBDItineraryTHURSDAY, JUNE 11Depart Seneca Falls early this morning for Washington D.C. Meal/rest stops will be coordinated between the chaperones and the bus driver. You’ll go directly to Arlington National Cemetery. You’ll enjoy a guided tour of the cemetery as well as seeing the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Kennedy gravesites, and the Challenger Memorial. Following your visit to the cemetery, you’ll enjoy a tour of the Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam Memorials. You’ll then have DINNER. Continue on to your hotel, check in, and remain for the night.FRIDAY, JUNE 12BREAKFAST at the hotel. This morning your group will meet your guides and enjoy a tour of the U.S. Capitol (pending confirmation). Following your Capitol tour, continue sightseeing with stops at the remaining memorials: FDR, Jefferson, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and World War II. You’ll have LUNCH ($15 cash allowance) at L’Enfant Plaza. Continue sightseeing this afternoon as directed by your guides/chaperones. This evening you’ll enjoy a DINNER CRUISE. Following the cruise, return to your hotel and remain for the evening.SATURDAY, JUNE 13BREAKFAST at the hotel. Check out and depart the hotel for the Holocaust Memorial Museum provides for the documentation, study, and interpretation of Holocaust history. It is dedicated to helping leaders and citizens of the world confront hatred, prevent genocide, promote human dignity, and strengthen democracy. The Smithsonian buildings line the Washington Mall area, and you may visit the National Art Gallery, the Air & Space Museum, the American History Museum, or any one of the other museum buildings, all within walking distance of one another. Lunch at one of the cafeterias at the Smithsonian. This afternoon, depart for Seneca Falls. Meal and rest stops will be coordinated between the chaperones and the bus driver. Between the time of registration and March 3: Penalty $25 Between March 4 and April 1: Penalty $200 Between April 2 and May 20: Penalty 50% of the program fee (or entire deposit, whichever is greater) After May 21: No refundAny cancellations resulting in refunds must be made in writing to Travelogs International, 4909 Transit Road, Suite 3, Depew, NY 14043. The amount of your refund will be determined by the postmark date of your cancellation notice. Refund checks or a refund to the credit card that was used for payment will be issued/made within four weeks of cancellation. The cancellation penalties are in effect regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen illness, disciplinary action taken by the school/organization, or cancellation of the entire group by the school/organization for any reason. Please contact Travelogs directly for a replacement policy. There are absolutely no replacements within 72 hours of departure. For cancellation of an entire group at that group’s own request, any nonrefundable payments or contractual commitments made by Travelogs on behalf of the group are nonrefundable to program participants. In addition, Travelogs reserves the right to include an administrative fee in any cancellation charges to program participants. Neither Travelogs nor the school/organization is financially responsible for any charges to program participants for cancelled trips due to (but not limited to) illness, weather-related events, civil strife, or national/international events.
